CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out must be
completed by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Early arrival or late departure is possible upon request and with an additional
charge.
If a guest occupies the room and then leaves without staying overnight, the full
price of the night will be charged.
Reception opening hours: 08:00 to 21:00.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served daily between 07:00 and 10:00 in the restaurant, or in the room
upon prior arrangement.
PRICES
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT. Room prices are listed per two
persons, except for the single room where the price applies to one person. A
delicious and nourishing local breakfast is included in the room rate.
The supplement for an additional person in the room is €42 per night, regardless
of age, unless stated otherwise.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and is charged as follows:
- Adults: €1.25 per person per day
- Children from 7 to 18 years: €0.63 per person per day
RESERVATION & PAYMENT
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. We reserve the right
to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. For reservations made without a
credit card, a 50% advance payment is required.
Confirmation of the reservation also serves as authorization for us to charge your
credit card for cancellation fees without prior notice, as stated in our cancellation
terms. You also agree that any damages caused on hotel premises may be
charged to your credit card. Damages include, but are not limited to, material and
non-material damage, intellectual property damage, and false claims.
We are happy to assist you with additional services such as picnic baskets, flower
bouquets, sparkling wine or other thoughtful surprises. Let us know your wishes
— creativity is always welcome.
Please indicate the number of all guests staying in the room at the time of
reservation, regardless of age. Reserved rooms are held until 24:00 on the day of
arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation is possible under the following conditions:
- 5 days before arrival for stays up to 2 nights
- 15 days before arrival for stays up to 7 nights
- 30 days before arrival for stays over 7 nights
In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in special circumstances.
Reservations remain valid until 24:00 on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive
after 19:00, please inform us in advance.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Group reservation terms apply for bookings of 5 rooms or more. Free cancellation
is possible 31 days before arrival.
- 7 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
- 21 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 30 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
Group reservations must be confirmed with a 50% deposit; the remaining amount
is due 30 days before arrival via bank transfer or online payment. Any special
requests should be communicated prior to confirming the reservation.
PARKING, WELLNESS & OTHER SERVICES
- Parking on hotel premises is the responsibility of the vehicle owner; the hotel is
not liable for damage or theft. - Access to the wellness area is subject to an additional fee of €60 per person per
day unless stated otherwise. - Various types of massages and treatments can be reserved depending on
availability. Advance reservation at least one day prior is recommended. Massages
are paid in advance according to the price list.
PETS
Animals are part of nature and we love both — however, pets are accepted only
upon prior agreement. Pets are not allowed in all hotel areas. The supplement for
pets is €24 per night.
QUIET HOURS
Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00. Enjoy the calm alpine nights
and the serene Carinthian atmosphere.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The hotel is not responsible for theft or loss of personal items, valuables,
documents, or vehicles. Forgotten items will be kept at reception for 10 days;
afterwards, they may be discarded.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. In case of violation, a cleaning fee of
€240 will be charged, along with compensation for lost room nights (average 3
nights). Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Enjoy the fresh
air, revitalizing mineral water spring, and the melody of the local forest
inhabitants.
PERSONAL DATA
All collected guest data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection
laws. By accepting our offer, you agree to the processing of your data for statistical
and informational purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by email. This
does not apply to legally required data sharing with authorities.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are issued upon receipt of payment and are valid for 6 months from
the date of issuance. In case of force majeure, validity may be extended by one
month or by special agreement. Prior reservation for voucher use is mandatory
and must include voucher number and guest information. If the guest does not
arrive on the reserved date and fails to cancel, the voucher is considered
redeemed. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be presented upon
redemption.
